Ardmore ceramics are meticulously hand crafted by Zulu artists in two beautiful locations in KwaZulu Natal – Champagne Castle in the Drakensberg and Caversham Mill in the Natal Midlands. There are approximately 80 artists - the men sculpt and the women paint. They have achieved worldwide recognition, exhibiting and selling their work at Christies, the South African High Commission in London and at Groote Schuur in Cape Town.
These magnificent sculptures are fashioned into items such as candlesticks, major candelabra, large platters, tureens, urns and bowls as well as smaller pieces such as jugs, butterdishes, salt and pepper shakers.
Charles Greig invites you to sample a small collection of Ardmore pieces chosen from an extensive range by selecting a number below.
